You won’t find three lentil chili or chicken vegetable soup with cous cous at Thomas Keller’s Bouchon Bakery on the third floor balcony of the Time Warner building, but no big deal – Hale and Hearty Soups is coming soon to the Columbus Circle monolith with chunky chicken chowder, $5.19 for a medium bowl with crackers.
